Belgium: christmas market food

No one goes to Brussles in winter looking for health food. You want hot, thick, rib sticking food that makes you feel like you can make it through the sub zero temperatures. Which is why i was so confused i lost my appetite while there!

I went specifically for the Christmas markets, which was on my Life Goals list to do. Its now ticked, and it was nice, pretty, poetry, and no need to do it again. The potato dish was 2 euro, and made in massive vats, not dissimilar to paella pans.
